You will be glad to know that our distance education (online) courses are available to you 24 hours per day. Online students will have access to Qualified Education for 365 days. If for some reason a student cannot access the course due to system, power, or other failures, the student must inform 123AceTheTest so we can extend the course end date to accommodate the outage caused by our systems or vendors. This adjustment will equal the period during which students could not access the course.
Students assume full responsibility for the equipment and systems related to accessing the online course. Students also acknowledge that internet failures outside the control of 123AceTheTest could occur from time to time.
Conference Center (live) schedules will follow the dates and times published by 123AceTheTest and confirmed upon your purchase.
You must complete 100% of the coursework, achieve 70% or better on the final exam, and fulfill all tuition obligations to 123AceTheTest for successful completion and credit. Students are eligible to take the final exam twice within 90 days of completing the coursework. The second attempt is only available if the first attempt is below 70%. Both attempts must occur within 90 days of course completion.
The final exam will be electronically proctored to receive credit. 123AceTheTest uses our own proctoring system or that of partners. All proctoring fees are included in the tuition. The final exam is closed-note/closed-book. Should you miss your final exam in Seminar classes, you may take the final exam on the 123AceTheTest website. Those fees are included in your original tuition.
The total cost of the course is stated at the time of purchase.
You must have purchased a continuing education course to request a refund. Requests must be made within 90 days. Students who upgrade bundles or purchase a class twice are eligible for partial refunds for up to 2 years.
You must schedule the licensing exam in accordance with TREC rules. Additional exam information is available on the TREC website. You must retake the course content to become eligible for another final exam attempt.
You must attend 100% of Conference Center classes. Instructors cannot grant credit for late arrivals, early departures, or partial attendance. Students missing any part of a live class day may complete the online version at no cost within 30 days. Attendance records for Conference Center classes will be available in the online version for review.
TREC now uses the term “Fitness Determination” instead of “moral character determination.” You may request TREC to review your history before submitting your license application. See TREC’s article “What is a Fitness Determination” for details and start the process with the official form.

123AceTheTest owns the proctoring systems on our website. TREC requires that the registered student completes their own coursework. Students affirm this by signing this agreement. Attempting to bypass or delegate coursework can delay or revoke completion, violate TREC rules, and forfeit tuition.
Students understand that 123AceTheTest may use third-party databases (e.g., DMV records, credit history, housing history) to confirm student identity at our expense. We may also request a notarized statement of identity at the student’s expense if required.
